In your issue of Vol. XII No. 599, March 1st, 2008, in the news item titled "Two still missing in dallol", you have erroneously stated that our company is a French one and that the two drivers are employees of Deizi tour.

This is not the case. If the mistake is not corrected immediately, it will have a bad effect and will distort the reality.

Our company is an Ethiopian company under the trade name of "DESIRE TOURS, TRAVEL & TRADE P.L.C."

The two drivers are not our employees. They are the drivers of vehicles we rented for the tour. Ermias Asrat is the driver of Ato Solomon Haile T. Mariam, owner of car, plate No. A.A 3-43988.

Gudina Meaza is not the right name. He is called Guade Mose and is the driver of Ato Tesfaye Mekonnen, owner of the car, plate No. AA 3- 13670.

We request you to print a correction in the next issue at the earliest. We are obliged to make you responsible for any repercussions that may occur following failure to do so.
